Fees are charged to offset property maintenance costs as follows:

Adults (16+)	$15 per person per night
Children (ages 6-15)	$5 per person per night
Children (ages 0-5)	free

After submitting the booking form, the Property Services Coordinator will be in touch to make further arrangements such as confirmation of booking, picking up of keys and payment. Keys will not be handed out without proof of payment.

Donations are not tax-deductible. Donations can be paid over the phone by calling (08) 9243 2431 or in person when picking up the keys to the property

A key deposit of $50 is required upon collection of The Kaadadjan Centre keys and guests will be required to sign a Waiver and Release Form.*

Terms and Conditions

School camps/groups/activities take precedence over any private bookings. The School reserves the right to cancel or move bookings due to operational requirements and (other than refunding deposits) the School will not be liable to compensate the Hirer in these situations.

All persons on the campus are required to abide by The Kaadadjan Centre Camp Rules and Safety Information Booklets. A hardcopy of these booklets are available from Property Services on collection of the keys

The School requires at least one week’s notice to book the property.

No advertisement may be made in relation to hiring the property without approval from the School. No advertisement is to imply an association with the School unless approved by the School.

The School cannot guarantee exclusive use – there may be other families/groups at the property at the same time, however the camping spots mapped out offer some distance for privacy.

The Hirer must give at least 48 hours’ notice of a booking cancellation in writing or the payment will be forfeited.

Smoking and vaping is prohibited.

The Hirer must ensure the property is left in a clean and tidy condition. The Hirer must report any damage to the School. The Hirer must pay for any damage sustained during their booking.

The Hirer agrees that it uses the property and any equipment completely at their own risk and indemnifies the School for any damage to property, injury or death to any person, however caused.

By submitting this form I confirm I have read and understood The Kaadadjan Centre Booklet and Terms & Conditions of use/hire for the property and agree to comply in all respects.
